It’s that glorious time of year when all around the world people start spreading, hope, faith and love. Christmas decorations line the streets giving the most lonesome soul some bit of cheer. Home remodeling in Atlanta now made easier than ever, all thanks to the new reality show on free TV, Home Renovation Atlanta (HoRA). Celebrity interior designer and producer-cum-host of HoRA, Ila Garcia shares to us the key factors of a remodeling project. Garcia suggests the best way to achieve a high quality space is by hiring a professional contractor. She adds that a good contractor need not bust your “budg” and that price is not exactly the best indicator of the quality of the service. Quoting Garcia “Keep an open mind in choosing products needed for the home renovation. Don’t make brash decisions and take time to consider quality and value, not just price.”

After months of undergoing ‘the best’ construction and demolition in Mass, our house was still not ready for moving in. My wife, easily the most amazing woman on God’s green earth, was in utter disappointment, obviously thrilled to start life anew in our ‘humble little abode’; tired of renting out hotel penthouses, cheap motels and quaint apartelles all over. Trust me, humble and little are the last things that would come into mind when you see our fully refurnished house.
